Can you build an exhibit structure to my own design?
Yes. Every structure is made to order against your approved drawing. We prepare a 3D rendering showing exact dimensions and graphic placements, and production starts only after you approve the design and artwork proof.
What is the minimum order for a custom structure?
One set. Arches, towers, pillars and hanging signs are all produced to order — size, artwork, lighting, electrical standard and packing plan confirmed before production begins.
How long do production and delivery take?
Standard production runs 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping typically adds 2–4 days depending on your event location, routed through our global warehouses.
Is the structure really tool-free to assemble?
Yes. Our frames use patented quick-lock connections that need no tools. A standard 10×20 ft backwall can be assembled by two people in under 30 minutes.
Can I reuse the structure with new graphics for the next show?
Yes. The aluminum frame hardware is built to last for years. For your next event you simply order new tension fabric or SEG graphics that fit your existing frame.
Do you ship directly to the venue?
Yes. With distribution centers in Los Angeles, Hamburg and Shanghai, we handle door-to-door logistics to major convention centers worldwide so your structure arrives safely and on time.
