The frame, the graphic and the fit
Fit the actual booth width
The 3 × 4 version is listed at 302 cm wide. It therefore exceeds an exact 300 cm allocation by 2 cm before allowing any installation clearance. Check the measured booth boundary and required space for the frame supports.
Keep graphic columns aligned
A straight face works well for a brand header with product photographs or short descriptions below. Keep the most important text above the height of your counter, and check that people standing in front do not hide the main message.
Match the fabric to the frame grid
The printed textile fixes at the expanded frame’s connection points. Confirm the selected grid and edge treatment before ordering a replacement. Equal nominal widths do not prove that two suppliers’ graphics will attach in the same way.

Design for a flat presentation surface
Use the template for the 3 × 3, 3 × 4 or 3 × 5 frame you will order. Keep small lettering and QR codes clear of edges and folds, and check them at final print size.
