Can you build a backwall to a custom size or shape?
Yes. Every backwall is made to order against your approved drawing. Width, height, curvature and graphic placement are confirmed in a detailed 3D rendering before anything goes into production.
How long does production take?
Standard production runs 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping typically adds 2–4 days depending on your event location, routed through our global warehouses.
How fast can the wall be set up?
A standard 10×20 ft backwall can be assembled by two people in under 30 minutes. Patented quick-lock frame connections need no tools and no specialized labor.
Can I reuse the frame with new graphics?
Yes. The aluminum hardware is built to last for years of shows. For your next event you simply order new tension fabric or SEG graphics that fit your existing frame.
Do you ship directly to the venue?
Yes. With distribution centers in Los Angeles, Hamburg and Shanghai, we handle door-to-door logistics to major convention centers worldwide so your wall arrives safely and on time.
What is the minimum order?
One set. Frame, print, lighting, electrical standard and packing plan are all confirmed against your approved drawing before production begins.
Is there a standard warranty period?
No single fixed period covers every custom display. Support follows the approved specification and your order terms — verified missing or damaged parts are replaced.
Can you help us install at the venue?
Yes. We provide installation instructions and remote guidance by photos, video or a video call. Contact us before the event with your product reference and a clear view of the step causing difficulty.
