What should I send for a quotation?
Send your required size, quantity, artwork status, event date, destination country and postal code, plus any venue or accessory requirements. We confirm the configuration, schedule and quotation, then issue a production drawing for your approval before manufacturing begins.
How long does production take?
Typical production is about 8 days after the approved design. Complex or large orders are confirmed individually. Shipping time depends on your destination, and we confirm the full schedule against your event date before production starts.
How is text handled on a circular hanging sign?
We repeat or segment your message around the circumference so it remains readable from the expected approaches. You review and approve the layout on a wrapped artwork view before printing begins.
Where should the graphic seam be positioned?
We place the seam away from the primary camera and visitor approach unless your artwork plan requires otherwise. The seam position is fixed on the approved drawing before the graphic is printed.
Who handles the overhead rigging?
We confirm the ring-screw and steel-wire suspension points against the approved frame drawing. Final rigging method and overhead load approval are completed by the venue and its qualified rigger.
What support do I receive after delivery?
Reported missing or damaged components are reviewed against the approved order. Send photos and your order details promptly, and our team will confirm the appropriate replacement or service response. Replacement graphics and parts remain available for repeat programs.
