ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION04 QUESTIONS
What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is one set. Milin can produce a single custom display or coordinate a larger event system with multiple structures and graphics.

Can the size and shape be customized?

Yes. Frames and printed graphics are made around the approved dimensions, venue limits, visual direction, and intended use. Straight, curved, S-shaped, modular, hanging, illuminated, and special structures are available depending on the project.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Share the display type, dimensions or available floor area, quantity, event location, installation date, artwork status, shipping destination, and working budget. Photos, sketches, venue rules, or reference designs also help.

Can Milin help with the display solution and design?

Yes. The team can review the event goal, available area, target budget, and product requirements, then recommend a practical structure and support graphic layout or custom development.

PRODUCTION & APPROVAL04 QUESTIONS
How long does production take?

A common production time is about eight days after the structure and artwork are approved. Complex booths, large quantities, special materials, or peak-season schedules may require more time, so the confirmed order schedule should be used.

Will I see the finished display before shipment?

Yes. Production photos or videos are sent for confirmation before dispatch. This gives the buyer a chance to review the completed structure, graphics, and packing status.

Are all products made to order?

Finished displays are customized to the buyer’s dimensions and printed artwork. Milin also keeps materials and semi-finished components in stock to shorten production preparation where possible.

What printing method is used for fabric graphics?

The common 260 g stretch-knitted fabric is printed by dye sublimation. The process produces full-color graphics with a smooth tensioned finish when fitted to the frame.

MATERIALS & INSTALLATION04 QUESTIONS
What materials are commonly used?

The main materials are printed fabric, round aluminum tube, and aluminum profile. A common tube specification is 32 mm in diameter with a 1.2 mm wall, finished in matte silver.

Are the displays easy to assemble?

Many tube-frame systems use elastic-cord-connected sections and matching labels to make the assembly sequence easier. Chamfered tube ends reduce sharp edges. Installation steps vary by structure.

Can you help if we cannot install the display?

Yes. Milin can provide installation instructions and remote guidance through photos, video, or a video call. Contact the team before the event with the product reference and a clear view of the step causing difficulty.

Can the graphics be replaced for another event?

Many fabric and lightbox systems can use replacement graphics while the frame is reused. The new graphic must match the exact frame dimensions and finishing method, so provide the original order details when reordering.

PACKING & DELIVERY04 QUESTIONS
How are displays packed?

Common systems are packed in a carry bag or trolley bag plus an outer carton. Heavy or high-value shipments may use a flight case or wooden crate depending on the structure and transport method.

What shipping methods are available?

Available options include courier, air freight, and sea freight. International door-to-door arrangements may be available according to the destination and order.

How long does shipping take?

Courier delivery is commonly around seven days, while sea freight is commonly around one month. These are planning references, not fixed guarantees; the route, destination, customs, carrier, and season can change the actual transit time.

Which markets does Milin serve?

Milin mainly serves North America, Western Europe, and the Middle East, supporting brands, marketing teams, event companies, exhibition planners, retailers, and other commercial promotion organizers.

AFTER-SALES SUPPORT04 QUESTIONS
Can a custom order be returned or exchanged?

Completed custom structures and printed graphics are normally not returnable or exchangeable because they are produced to the buyer’s approved size, structure, and artwork. Any exception must be agreed in the relevant order documents.

What should I do if parts are missing or damaged?

Keep the packaging and send the order reference, affected quantity, photos or video, and event date as soon as possible. Milin will compare the evidence with the packing and production records and propose a practical remedy.

Is there a standard warranty period?

Milin does not promise one general fixed warranty period for every custom promotional display. The approved specification, order terms, evidence, and verified cause determine what support or remedy is available.

Can the display be reused?

Many modular aluminum frames can be reused when they are assembled, dismantled, transported, and stored correctly. Reuse depends on the structure, event handling, storage conditions, and whether the graphics remain suitable.
